ACHE Western Florida Chapter - Leadership Workshop: Dealing with Difficult People
Dealing with difficult people can be, well, difficult. Effective leaders are familiar with and employ a variety of strategies, tools and skill to deal with difficult people. This interactive workshop is designed to assist healthcare leaders hone their skills dealing with difficult people. Participants will leave this workshop with ideas, strategies and tools they can immediately implement for greater leadership effectiveness.
Bill Auxier, Ph.D., President and CEO of Dynamic Leadership Academy and Elise Auxier, President of Gulfcoast Coaching will lead the participants in identifying and categorizing a "Difficult Person", share the secret to dealing with difficult people, and explore the three lenses which we use to see the world. Strategies and tips to deal with difficult people will be also be explored.

As an independent chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, ACHE- Western Florida Chapter is authorized to award 1.5 hours of ACHE Qualified Education credit toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualified Education credit should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
