Brewed in the classic Belgian Quadrupel style, Abt 12 is the pride of St. Bernardus and a benchmark for the style around the world. It pours deep mahogany with a creamy ivory cap of foam. The aroma opens with fig, raisin, and plum alongside caramelized malt and a touch of clove and baking spice from the yeast. The flavor follows with rich malt sweetness, dark fruit, and subtle notes of cocoa and spice, finishing smooth, warm, and beautifully balanced.

This beer traces its lineage to the original recipe once brewed under license for the Trappist monks of Westvleteren, carrying forward a legacy of balance, depth, and Belgian brewing tradition.
