Rodrigo is a Spanish-born guitarist whose exceptional talent and passion will leave you spellbound. Joining him will be Brisbane's most experienced jazz musicians, John Reeves (Piano Accordian ) Rory Dollard (Guitar) and Shenzo Gregorio (Octave Viola)
Rodrigo specializes in Gypsy jazz, infusing his performances with the fiery rhythms of Flamenco, the grooves of Latin music, and the soulful expressions of his Spanish heritage. With a Bachelor’s in Jazz Performance from Brisbane’s Jazz Music Institute and over a decade of performing on stages worldwide, his vibrant, dynamic style will captivate your senses and touch your heart.

Mandy Brown is a recently relapsed singer. Having spent her twenties in the Sydney Indie music scene she became a boring academic type prone to picking people up on their grammar. In the last two years, however, she has taken up the music drug again with the help of friends and local artists. For Music Night she has suckered in Forbes McKail to act as her emotional support guitarist. Forbes is a well known and delightful Mountain muso and will hopefully make her look good. Together they will explore the sounds of John Cale, Bob Dylan, The Go-betweens , Rickie Lee Jones and others.
