During the group Reiki Level 1 course you'll learn the basics of Reiki including the hand positions and techniques for self-healing. You'll also receive 2 attunements which are energetic initiations that help you connect more deeply with the Reiki energy and your intuition.
Throughout the course you'll learn how to use Reiki in your daily life whether it's for stress relief pain management or emotional healing.
