Today is all about arriving, unwinding, and grounding into the energy of Treasure Beach. As you settle in, we’ll ease into our journey with a Restorative Yoga session, allowing the nervous system to relax and the mind to arrive fully in the present moment. Our Welcome Dinner will be a time to connect, set intentions, and prepare for the transformation ahead.Day 2: Foundation & FlowInfo:  Root Chakra – "I Am Grounded"   ✨ Today, we embrace the power of stability, safety, and connection to the Earth. We’ll start with an excursion to Pelican Bar, where the ocean meets the sky, a reminder that grounding doesn’t mean standing still—it means standing firm, wherever life takes us. Later, we’ll sink into Yin Yoga, focusing on slow, intentional postures to release tension and cultivate deep-rooted strength.Day 3: Surrender & FlowInfo:  Sacral Chakra – "I Am Worthy"      ✨ Today is about honoring creativity, pleasure, and emotional flow. Through Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga, we’ll move with the fluidity of water, inviting release and expansion. This is your Free Day—a chance to explore, rest, or indulge in whatever lights up your soul. Let go of expectations, embrace joy, and reconnect with your divine feminine energy.Day 4: Power & RadianceInfo: Solar Plexus Chakra – "I Am Comfortable"     ✨ Confidence, courage, and inner fire take center stage. Our journey begins with a visit to YS Falls, a breathtaking waterfall that mirrors our own rising energy and strength. In the afternoon, we’ll cultivate personal power through a Gentle Vinyasa Yoga session, using movement and breath to stoke our inner fire, activating confidence, self-trust, and personal freedom.Day5 Open Heart/Open PathInfo: Heart Chakra – "I Am Fully Open".    Love, connection, and expansion guide our final full day. We’ll soften into Yin Yoga (Heart Openers) to cultivate self-love, release emotional barriers, and make space for new beginnings. This day is open for personal reflection and integration—your Free Day to soak in the beauty of Jamaica. As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a Farewell Bonfire, a sacred space to share insights, release what no longer serves us, and seal our journey with warmth, gratitude, and love.
