It is my pleasure to host, with Commissioner Morey Wright Jr. the 2026 Furever Friends Pet Expo at Tamarac Park (7501 N. University Drive) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 21, 2026!

The goal of this free public event is to promote awareness of the importance of good healthcare for our pets, collect donations for pet parents to feed or treat their cats and dogs, initiate the pet adoption process for future pet parents, and possibly have new furbabies find their forever home on-site! We are still in the planning stages and could use your help. Can you provide any of the following?

• Resources for proper health care for families with pets, such as micro-chipping, spaying and neutering, vaccinations, insurance, and wellness checks.
• Mobile on-site grooming for cats and dogs.
• Healthy treats and food for our pets.
• Outdoor activities to keep our four-legged friends happy and healthy.
• Information on how to become a future pet parent to rescue cats and dogs.
• Dogs, cats, or birds available for adoption.

As a Mom to four furbabies, our Furever Friends Pet Expo is near and dear to my heart. With the 2024 and 2025 events being great successes, we need your help in making the 2026 Furever Friends Pet Expo an even greater success!
