Heli on läbi aegade olnud üks vägevamaid tervenduse vorme. Sajandite vältel, eri kultuuride sügavustes, on heli kasutatud nii argistes toimingites kui ka rituaalsetes traditsioonides. Sügav ühendus heli olemusega on algprintsiip, millele toetub ka koolitus Heli vaikus.

Heliteraapia on loov väljendus akustiliste sageduste kasutamisest, mis toetab lõõgastumist ja tugevdab kehalist heaolu. Sageli omistatakse tervendav jõud eelkõige instrumendile, ent suur vägi peitub ka heli loojas!

See koolitus keskendub looja ja loodu vahelisele partnerlusele - teekonnale, mis kulgeb läbi vaikuse ja heli. Just selles nähtamatus ruumis sünnivad nende kahe vahel harmooniad, mis kannavad tervendavat väge.

Selleks, et seda peent ruumi tõeliselt kogeda, tuleb esmalt märgata meis endis kõlavat sisemist heli. Just see vormib meie loomingut.

In English:

Sound has always been one of the most powerful forms of healing known. Practiced across cultures for centuries, it has been used both in personal settings and ceremonial traditions. At its heart lies a profound connection to the essence of sound itself and this essential principle forms the foundation of The Silence of Sound training.

For many, we understand that sound healing is a creative expression of acoustic frequencies designed to support relaxation and enhance physical wellbeing. While many place emphasis on the instrument as the source of healing, I recognise the true power within the individual creating the sound.

This training focuses on the vital partnership between the creator and what is brought into being from the journey through silence and sound. This unseen space between silence and sound holds the potential for healing harmonies to be expressed.

To fully embrace this unseen space, we must first recognise the inner sound within us, as this inevitably shapes the sounds we produce. This practice of observing our internal presence before engaging with any external instrument forms the core foundation of The Silence of Sound training.
