Join me for a 9D Breathwork journey — a guided, immersive breathing experience designed to support your nervous system, emotional balance and deep relaxation.

✨ What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is a guided breathwork experience using wireless headphones, where music, sound frequencies and my voice guide you through a carefully structured breathing journey.

The headphones allow you to fully immerse yourself, go inward, and feel safe and supported throughout the session. Each journey is intentionally designed to help your body release tension and come back into balance.

You will be lying down comfortably, eyes closed, simply following the breath and the sound.

? How does it affect your nervous system?

Your nervous system responds to rhythm, sound and breath.

During a 9D session:
• the breath sends signals of safety to the nervous system
• the music and sound frequencies help calm stress responses
• the body shifts from “fight or flight” into rest and regulation
• stored tension and emotional stress can gently release

Many people experience a deep sense of calm, clarity and lightness afterwards — like a full reset for the mind and body.

The wireless headphones create a private and immersive sound space, helping you disconnect from outside distractions and stay fully present in your own experience.

This allows the nervous system to feel safer and the breathwork to work on a deeper level.
