KALEV - Sport ühendab! --- KALEV history: On 24 May 1901, the Cyclists’ Association (JSS) “Kalev” held its founding meeting and admitted Konstantin Päts among its new members. In its early years, the association was chaired by lawyer Ferdinand Karlson, with Konstantin Päts serving as Vice-Chairman. The organization set as its goal the unification of Estonians into a single national whole and resistance to the Russification policies of the Tsarist regime. Family and festive evenings featuring spoken word and music were organized, along with meetings aimed at broadening horizons. At the same time and venue, the national health promotion event Estonian Health Fair – Let`s Move! (https://www.eestimessid.ee/tervisemess) will be held, featuring a expo and food area.
