A warm and atmospheric dinner inspired by South American flavours.
All mains are prepared on our Josper charcoal grill - known for its intense heat, natural wood smoke and exceptional ability to lock in juices and flavour.

Expect rich aromas, glowing charcoal, good wine and the warm Chilean beats of Tumbaco.

Chorizo served with guacamole and toasted ciabatta.
