Yoga and Sound Bath in Support of Connection First

Restore your mind, body, and spirit while supporting peace and healing in our community! Join us on Saturday, November 22 at Journeys in Yoga from 1-2:30 pm for a yin and yang flow yoga and sound bath experience led by Connection First’s Restorative Justice Coordinator, Juliana Rodriguez, CYT 200, and sound healer, Julia Scott, LMT.

You're welcome to bring your own mat if you have one, but Journeys in Yoga also has mats available for use.
