It’s back! The Leon County Property Appraiser’s Office is proud to announce the return of our Food Truck Round-Up, reimagined this year with our Value Our Neighbor theme. Guided by our commitment to “We VALUE our community,” this lunchtime gathering brings neighbors together through great food, community connection, and support for the United Way of the Big Bend.

Join us on Wednesday, February 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and come hungry.

Residents, downtown employees, and nearby office workers are invited to enjoy a flavorful lunchtime experience featuring some of Tallahassee’s most popular food trucks. Even better, a portion of food truck sales during the event will be donated to the United Way of the Big Bend, helping support vital programs and services across our community. Every bite truly makes a difference.

The event will take place at Althemese Pemberton Barnes Park, located at the Smokey Hollow Commemoration Site near Cascades Park. Conveniently situated within walking distance of downtown state and local office buildings, the park offers the perfect setting for a relaxed, community-centered lunchtime gathering.

More Than Just Great Food

In addition to enjoying delicious meals, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with the Leon County Property Appraiser’s Office team. As part of our Exemption Awareness Campaign, staff will be on-site to:

✔️Answer questions about property tax exemptions
✔️Share information on available savings opportunities
✔️Accept applications for exemptions administered by our office

This is a great opportunity to enjoy lunch, support a meaningful cause, and learn how to take advantage of valuable property tax resources before the March 1 filing deadline.
