This event is designed to help you release deep-rooted stress and trauma from your body. Through a series of simple exercises, you’ll learn how to activate your body’s natural tremor mechanism, supporting relaxation and healing.TRE® is an innovative sequence of exercises that helps the body release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma by inducing a gentle shaking response. This natural response often feels soothing and restorative, and many people report feeling a sense of peace and well-being afterward.What you can expect from this workshop:You’ll learn how stress and trauma are stored in the body and how to access the body’s natural tremor response. You’ll also learn how to integrate this practice into your everyday life so you can continue benefiting from TRE on your own. While TRE can be helpful for all ages, this workshop is designed for individuals ages 16 and older. All fitness levels and body types are welcome. Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can begin on time, as the workshop will take the full 90 minutes.When you arrive, please plan to come about 10 minutes early to put down your things, get settled, and complete the TRE liability and health form. The studio’s front door will be locked upon arrival, so please make your way to the back of the building and enter through the wooden gate to find the studio.You may want to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket (optional), and a bottle of water. If you don’t have these items, some will be available on site. Please wear loose or stretchy clothing, similar to what you’d wear to a yoga class, and avoid eating or drinking large amounts within two hours beforehand.To help keep the space comfortable and neutral for everyone, please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or scented lotions.
