Round Table Meeting: Mental Health Programs in the Workplace

Our May Round Table Meeting will address one of today's hottest topics in workplace wellness: Mental Health Programs in the Workplace. And we've invited three outstanding guest speakers to discuss very different aspects of mental health:

Dr. Alan Cox, Assistant Superintendent for Leon County Schools, will share about the robust mental health program he and his team have spent the past year building.

Pamela Chamberlynn, MSW, NBC-HWC, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Graduate of Duke University Integrative Medicine Center, and Mindfulness Professional. She will talk about the benefits of mindfulness in the workplace.

Peggy Smith is a certified integrative nutrition health coach with specialty training in the area of gut health. She will discuss the research-backed connection between gut health and mental health.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION CHANGE:

Sue Herndon McCollum Community Center at Lafayette Park, 501 Ingleside Ave

Premier Health and Fitness, our previous host for the past 12 years (thanks, Premier!), is undergoing renovations, so we'll be experimenting with new venues for our Round Tables. Let us know if you have a great space we can use!

LUNCH will be provided, so please register in advance so we can plan accordingly.
