We use wireless headphones so everyone can enjoy the music, hear the instructors, spread out, and enjoy being together outdoors. All levels welcome but a basic understanding of yoga shapes is useful as we flow through a lot of movement in this vinyasa class. We can’t wait to tune in and flow out with you! Headphones provided. Please bring a mat, water, and any props you'd like.* Ticket sales end one hour prior to class*We suggest arriving around 9:45 to find parking and get settled. We are in the sunken gardens at Goodwood, to the left of the main house as you face it from the front, surrounded by a tall, old chain link fence.
