Join us once again as we experience the Naad, the magic of the sound current in an afternoon kirtan with favorite Kundalini yoga mantras.

Let’s gather together for an afternoon of sound, healing, music and bliss! How good can it get? We aim to find out!

Join Bridget Welch, LMT aka Guru Beant Kaur, a Kundalini Yoga Teacher for 28 years, and her musician friends, Chris Seepersaud and Corey McHugh as they guide you in an adventure, a journey into the Naad.

What’s the Naad? In ancient yogic knowledge, the Naad is the sound current, the vibration of the universe always creating and expanding. When you chant ancient, sacred mantras, you resonate with that current.

We’ll take a few minutes to get our spines warmed up to activate the chakra energy centers, and to settle comfortably into our bodies, for the optimal experience.  These are easy movements that can be done in a chair, or sitting comfortably on the floor.

We’ll be chanting some of Bridget’s favorite Kundalini mantras with beautiful musical accompaniment.

When you chant, the mantras vibrate in specific areas of your body, activating glands, energy centers, and even inducing blissful feelings!

Chant, or just listen. Either way, enjoy being immersed in the sacred sounds handed down from the ancient yogis, as we vibrate along with the Universe itself!
