Is there a parking facility available at the venue?
Parking (regular and accessible) is available at the venue.
Are children allowed? Is there an age limit?
The event is open to all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult to ensure safety and comfort, but we understand sometimes you've gotta bring the kiddos, so we will have an area in the meeting room with some toys and coloring sheets. You will be responsible for your children, but are welcome to bring them along.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Light refreshments will be provided. This is typically bottled water, and individually packaged snacks.
Are there accommodations for individuals with disabilities?
Yes! There are several handicapped accessible parking spaces in the parking lots immediately next to the building, a wheelchair ramp at the entrance door, an elevator, and accessible seating in the workshop.

What if I am (or planning to) work with another real estate brokerage for my home search?
Totally fine! Bring your real estate agent along! This class is simply educational - things we wish we would have know when we were on the same part of the journey as you. This class is not designed to try to persuade anyone to work with any of the real estate professionals you may interact with during the workshop: agents, lenders, title officers, etc.
Your email address is simply used to send a calendar invitation for the event, and a helpful reminder email just before the event.
