Cooking Up Health: The Mediterranean Way

Sessions will feature food demonstrations and tastings, providing you with practical skills and delicious recipes to incorporate into your daily life. The registration fee is for the entire series.

Sessions will be every Thursday at 10 AM - 12 PM from Feburary 12 - March 12.

After participating in this series, you should:

• Increase your understanding of healthy eating concepts and health benefits associated with the Mediterranean-style eating pattern
• Increase your confidence in selecting, planning, preparing, and implementing a healthy, regular eating pattern
• Increase your understanding and implementation of mindful eating strategies

Curriculum: This series is based on the "Med Instead of Meds" curriculum, developed by NC State University, which emphasizes the benefits of the Mediterranean diet for long-term health and wellness.
