2025 FREE Prenatal Breastfeeding Classes

Learn about breastfeeding before baby arrives. Participants of this FREE two-hour class will learn how to get breastfeeding off to the best start, along with common challenges and how to handle them.

This prenatal breastfeeding class is hosted by HCA Florida Capital Hospital (formerly CRMC) and taught by Sarah Ward, IBCLC, of Tallahassee Lactation Care.

The class is offered the last Wednesday of every month from 6:30pm to 8:30pm (except in February, November, and December when it is offered earlier in the month).
