We’ll begin with Slow Flow Yoga led by Marjolein from Yoga Roots - a sweet slow flow - enjoy simple movements with connective breaths while loving being in your body (open for all, incl beginners).

From there, we flow straight into sauna rounds and ocean dips - the crème de la crème of Sunday rituals. Let the heat, saltwater, and fresh air melt away what’s no longer needed and leave you feeling alive, clear, and connected.

SCHEDULE:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga Session 8:30-9:30am (please arrive around 8:20am)
🔥 Sauna & Ocean Swim 9:30-10:30am (enough time for 3 sauna rounds)

Held at the beautiful Orewa Beach Holiday Park, this morning unfolds within the embrace of New Zealand’s coastal landscape, where sea, sky, and sand come together in perfect harmony.

There is the option to pre-book a cup of high-grade Ceremonial Cacao by Sanctum. Lovingly prepared and served after your yoga practice or sauna combo. This heart-opening plant medicine supports connection, presence, and gentle energy - a beautiful way to drop in deeper (bookings for this option close Saturday evening). $7.50

(Tip: arrive in your swimwear under your yoga clothes to make transitions easy.)

FAQ
Can I join for yoga only?
Yes, you can! A separate ticket option of $15 is available if you’d like to attend just the yoga class.

What if it rains?
If the weather prevents yoga, you’ll still enjoy your 60-min sauna session (9:30-10:30am) and receive a $15 refund for the yoga portion. We’ll confirm any changes by text by 7:00am on the morning of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a friend or family member with at least 48 hours notice.
