Join us for a deeply restorative 90-minute Sound Healing.

This is a meditation-style event where you will be invited to comfortably lie down and witness the music as it unfolds.

The evening includes a brief spoken opening, a gentle breathing exercise, and a guided visualisation to help you arrive fully into the space and soften into presence. From there, the Sound Journey unfolds as a continuous 60-minutes live performance, intuitively woven in the moment through vibration, resonance, and intentional listening.

Designed to support deep relaxation, inner exploration, and nervous system restoration, Justin weaves together instruments such as:
•	Didgeridoo
•	Handpan
•	Jaw harps
•	Live looping & layered ambient textures
•	Mongolian throat singing (Sygyt & Khoomei)
•	Native & shamanic flutes
•	Nature soundscapes
•	Shamanic drum

This offering is intentionally simple and inclusive. No participation, movement, or prior experience is required.

Just arrive as you are and allow the music to carry you.
