As the year gently draws to a close, this sound healing journey invites you to pause, reflect, and honour how far you’ve come.

Amidst the changing seasons and shifting energies, we gather to integrate the lessons, experiences, and growth that this year has brought — anchoring them with gratitude and presence.

Through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drum, and chimes, you’ll be guided into deep rest and reflection. This session offers a sacred space to release what is complete, to ground your energy, and to cultivate heartfelt appreciation for the path behind and the journey ahead.

Join us for this final Orewa sound bath of 2025 — a gentle celebration of stillness, gratitude, and renewal before we welcome a fresh beginning in the new year.

Date: Saturday, 29 November 2025
Session 1: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Session 2: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Venue: Orewa Theosophical Centre, 9 Forest Glen, Orewa, Auckland 0931
Energy Exchange: $30 per session (1 hour), plus Humanitix booking fee (which is set by Humanitix and goes directly to charity).

No prior experience is necessary to enjoy this sound bath.

Comfort & Practical Notes
• Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for extra comfort.  Chairs are available if lying down is uncomfortable—just let me know in advance.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
• Doors open at 1:50 PM (Session 1) and 3:50 PM (Session 2). Please arrive on time to settle in before the session begins.
• Parking is available outside the venue.
• Contraindications: Not suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy or in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare provider if unsure.
• Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future event for non-attendance. Tickets can be on-sell to someone else if you are unable to attend.
