Rise 'n' Stride Takapuna - 20 August

The Project Sunrise weekly run club! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Much like all of our community, this will be a no pressure environment and the only goals will be to move for 30 minutes. It’s about being healthy not about your pace. So if you’re looking to challenge for a crazy PB, this maybe isn’t for you but is perfect for anyone who:

- Wants to try running for the first time
- Anyone coming back from an injury
- Runners who want to run without pace targets
- If you’re looking for a recovery run mid week

📍 Meet at Takapuna Beach Cafe
⏰ 6.15am
🏃‍♂️ 30 minute run, any pace

Optional post-run ocean plunge + coffee with the Plunge Posse (another community group) at 7.00am!
