Before the whirlwind of the festive season begins, give yourself the gift of stillness. Take a moment to pause, breathe, and restore so you can move through the coming weeks with calm, intention, and ease - ready to create meaningful moments with your family and friends
You’ll be guided and cared for by two experienced practitioners. Emma, will gently lead you through restorative yoga to ease tension and support your body, while Cheryl moves quietly through the space offering close-hand magic — a blend of Reiki and sound healing offered directly on and around your body.
This combination makes the event truly special and makes it possible to give you two hours of sound magic offering you more of an individual healing experience within the warmth and connection of a small group setting.
We’ll close with a pure sound bath savasana, where the tones and vibrations wash through every cell, leaving you deeply relaxed, grounded, and at peace.
All are welcome to come along and luxuriate in this sensory experience then float all the way home.
