Because there’s something we’ve been noticing lately — in our coaching work, in conversations with others, and sometimes in our own lives too:
We are more connected than ever.
And lonelier than ever.
More contacts. More platforms. More ways to reach each other. Yet somehow, fewer people we can truly call when life feels hard.
Research shows that the number of adults without close friends has quadrupled within a single generation. We scroll, message, react, and stay “connected” — but somewhere along the way, genuine friendship and meaningful connection have become harder than they should be.
This workshop is our response to that.
An invitation to pause.
To reflect.
To reconnect — with ourselves and with each other.
And the good news is this: connection skills can be rebuilt. Friendship is not something reserved for the lucky few. It is human. It is learnable. And sometimes, all it takes is a room where people are willing to show up honestly.
