Get ready to move, jump and explore with an exciting obstacle course designed to challenge and inspire!
This hands-on session introduces the fundamentals of parkour in a safe, supportive indoor environment using portable equipment and creative setups.

Jumping, landing and balancing ?
Climbing and navigating obstacles ?‍♂️
Rolling and creative movement ?
Fun challenges to build confidence and coordination ?
