Start your weekend feeling refreshed and grounded with free Beach Yoga as part of the Out & About Auckland programme!

Join us for a 60-minute, all-levels yoga practice by the sea — no experience needed, everyone welcome. Enjoy gentle movement, stretching, and breathwork, flowing mindfully from one posture to the next while connecting with the calming sights and sounds of the ocean.

Each week offers a slightly different focus or intention, but you can always expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and plenty of options for every ability.

Cool down & savasana (relaxation)

A peaceful finish to set you up for the day ahead

? Meet at: East side of Stanmore Bay Park — look for the Council flag! We’ll find a spot with both sun and shade so everyone’s comfortable. Keep an eye on this page for any weather updates.
