Be among the first in the world to taste the 2025 Beaujolais Nouveau — yes, even before the French. While France is still sleeping off its croissants, we’ll be swirling, sipping and saying santé on the Hibiscus Coast.


Join us for an elegant, irresistibly French evening led by the fabulous Sophie Debord, a native French sommelier (rarer than finding a Parisian who says bonjour to strangers).


You’ll taste three wines from the Beaujolais region:
? Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 – this year’s fresh release
? Beaujolais Villages – a step up in finesse
? Beaujolais Chiroubles Cru – elegant, floral, très chic

?All from Domaine Piron


To keep things deliciously French, we’ll serve generous platters with:
? Baguette
? Charcuterie (salami, jambon, paté…)
? Cornichons & friends

Sophie will also guide you through the terroir of Beaujolais, with a mini cultural and regional presentation so you can sip with knowledge et style.
