This 4 hour afternoon of healing guides you through ceremony, meditations, nervous system teachings, Yin Yoga, and guided journaling with beautiful organic afternoon tea. It is undeniable that the world we live can feel really challenging and overwhelming - I've felt it, and I know you have to. With the offerings I am presenting you'll get to learn how to build more resilience to the changing nature of life. I will guided through calming and uplifting practices to help you build self awareness, free yourself from unsupportive internal narratives, and leave feeling refreshed and restored.
