陽明山東西大縱走GO，藉由活動和挑戰，提升健康意識和戶外運動的普及，同時也為台灣越野跑運動愛好者提供一個自我鍛鍊的舞台。

【集合時間】
5月16號（六）早上6點風櫃嘴集合。 6點30分準時出發！

【如何前往】
至劍潭捷運站搭乘『市民小巴1號公車』前往風櫃嘴。

【補給位置】
CP1： 冷水坑 7:00am~11:00am

CP2：大屯主登山口 9:00am~11:30pm

(最後水源，補了再上！）

【補給內容】
水、水果、糖果、飲料、Gel

【活動費用】
活動公開、免費！ 補給物資有限，發完為止！ 也請跑者自備活動所需補給！

【建議裝備】
水、食物、零錢、少量現金、電話、頭燈、雨衣，出發前請先研究路線，新手請結伴同行！

【撤退點】
擎天崗、冷水坑、小油坑、二子坪都可搭公車下山！ 請注意末班車時間！
