藝術家黎家寶以「一念之間」的身體感知為出發點，結合行為展演與引導式參與，邀請觀眾進入一個介於觀看與經驗之間的感知場域。

現場將呈現一系列關於身體、時間與內在狀態的動作片段，並於演出過程與結束後，引導觀眾進行簡單的身體感知練習與參與式回應，觀眾將從觀看者逐步轉化為經驗者，透過呼吸、微小動作與空間感知，體會身體在不確定之中生成的節奏。

本場展演活動以身體參與及感知經驗為核心，試圖開啟觀眾對日常行為、內在狀態與「儀式感」之間關係的覺察，並在行動與感受之中，展開一段屬於個人與當下的經驗歷程。
