想嘗試越野跑，卻不知道從哪開始？小編首選【蕾哥教練】的周三新手友善班！由中華民國越野跑協會主辦的 Sky Hunter 常態班，專為新手打造，帶你從基礎技巧到實戰應用，一步步建立體能與自信。

#課程特色
新手友善：無須經驗，循序漸進入門
專業帶領：上坡 / 下坡技巧、巡航訓練、實戰
路線設計：大直站–劍南路–西湖站周邊
小班制 15 人：依程度分組，安全又有品質

#課程資訊
時間：每週三 19:30–21:00
日期：12/3、12/10、12/17、1/7、1/14、1/21
集合地點：依課程規劃於課前 3 天公告
假日團練（Free）：12/28、1/18 上午，約 2–3 小時
