頭痛幾乎是大多數人都有過的症狀之一，有許多患者因為頭痛而必須經常使用止痛藥來維持生活品質。在臨床上，當然也有一些嚴重的疾病是跟頭痛息息相關，需要物理治療師具備專業能力來協助第一時間的轉介。而暈眩也是一個嚴重影響患者日常的症狀，在統計上我們看到65歲以上的民眾有百分之五十的人患有，隨著年紀的增長，受暈眩困擾的比例也隨之增加。

💥因此，第一個部分，我們從LTA®頸椎分組中，其中一個分組是『頸因性頭痛組』，我們將從國際頭痛疾病分類開始，帶大家透過醫學篩檢與頭痛日記來區分偏頭痛，緊縮型頭痛和頸因性頭痛。接著是一系列的上頸椎(C0-C2)，顳顎關節、顱顏區域、上頸椎神經、腦神經與頸椎核心評估，來找到與頸椎相關的頭痛原因進行徒手治療與治療性運動介入。除此之外，我們會教臨床實用度超高的回家運動給學員，讓學員有豐富的回家計畫設計概念。

💥第二個部分是暈眩（Dizziness），與上頸椎相關的失能問題有關。但我們需要學習如何區辨腦震盪，良性陣發性位置性眩暈或是內耳問題為主因的患者，進而找出頸因性眩暈（Cervicogenic dizziness）。透過最新實證整理，我們將學習頸因性眩暈相關臨床評估技巧。運用最有臨床效力的徒手治療來協助患者找回日常生活品質。
