藤田麻衣子自2006年出道以來、以其細膩情感與純淨歌聲深受粉絲喜愛。其代表作包含乙女遊戲《緋色的碎片》系列人氣歌曲「ねぇ」、「恋に落ちて」、《美男系列》等人氣作品提供主題曲、插曲等。她多次與動畫、舞台劇合作，憑藉容易引起共鳴的歌詞與戲劇性的旋律、常讓現場觀眾感動落淚、是許多粉絲心目中的「療癒系歌姬」。
