- **Event Description**: 霸凌並不會隨著嘲笑停止而結束。About this Event對許多青少年而言，情緒上的影響往往悄然持續，影響他們如何看待自己、與他人互動，以及面對壓力的方式。身為家長、教師或輔導人員，我們常常不確定該留意哪些徵兆，也不清楚該如何真正支持曾受霸凌影響的孩子。本次由諮商心理師 李嘉惠 主持的實務互動式工作坊，將帶領參與者深入了解霸凌發生後，孩子內在心理的變化，以及成人可以如何以覺察、同理與有效的心理照顧方式回應。本工作坊適合家長、教師，以及所有與青少年工作或支持青少年的專業人員參加。在本次工作坊中，您將學習到：為何在談論霸凌時，心理照顧至關重要青少年常見的霸凌類型，以及如何辨識霸凌行為背後的心理原因受霸凌影響的五種角色類型實際可行的方法，照顧並支持受霸凌影響之青少年的心理需求關於講者李嘉惠李嘉惠 為諮商心理師，具備心理學、社會工作與行銷傳播背景。她畢業於國防大學，取得心理與社會工作理學碩士學位，並於美國愛默生學院（Emerson College）取得行銷傳播碩士學位。李嘉惠為兒童、青少年、成人、伴侶與家庭提供諮商服務，並可使用英語與華語進行諮商。 她的治療取向以認知與關係取向為基礎，整合認知行為治療（CBT）、辯證行為治療（DBT）、接納與承諾治療（ACT）、薩提爾模式（Satir）、情緒取向治療（EFT）與家庭治療、人際歷程取向，以及情緒焦點治療。李嘉惠專長於情緒與壓力相關議題、家庭與人際關係、自我探索、失落與哀傷，以及人生與職涯發展，並著重於理解情緒經驗，協助個人與家庭建立更健康、具支持性的連結。Workshop Web
