從明年「運河100」回望過去，中國城所在位置曾是台南運河的盲段，由於運河長期堵塞與水質惡化，促使當時規劃出興建中國城的都市發展藍圖。中國城曾是許多台南人記憶中的熱鬧地標，如今雖已沉寂，但讓我們細細聊起那些關於它的故事與回憶。
