This event explores whether web3 tools for community organization and local implementation in Japan and Taiwan can truly support local development. ▍Speaker Profile Mashbean, a digital resident of Yamakoshi Village and Tenryukyo. Fascinated by the deep structures of the internet and social networks, he left his medical practice to work in the public sector and now contribute happily across decentralized organizations. Currently focused on decentralized technology and digital autonomy. ▍Speaker Profile Lin Yi-Cheng, an early contributor to FAB DAO (Formosa Art Bank DAO). Specializes in design and rural revitalization, with expertise in information integration and editorial graphic design.
