Schedule 9:00 a.m. Gates Open The Farm Stand officially opens for the day featuring: Fresh produce Fresh flowers Farm-made goods Naturally fermented vinegars Teas Seasonal offerings Handcrafted items Gifts and specialty products Local vendors will be open throughout the property. 10:00 a.m. Vineyard Tour, Wine Tasting & Winemaking Conversation Join Aislynn Jamison Campbell and vintner Paul Jamison in the vineyard for a conversation about growing wine grapes in South Texas and the art of small-scale winemaking. Paul will share the techniques, processes, and traditions he uses to transform grapes into wine, from harvest and crushing to fermentation, aging, and bottling. Guests will have the opportunity to learn about the realities of growing grapes in our climate, the challenges and rewards of seasonal production, and how wine has been crafted throughout history. In recent years, July 4th has traditionally marked our grape harvest. Thanks to a season of beneficial rainfall, this year's crop may mature later than usual. If the grapes are ready, guests may have the opportunity to observe or participate in portions of the harvest process. If not, we'll still gather in the vineyard to discuss the winemaking process, explore the season's progress, and enjoy wine tasting together. Throughout the Morning Enjoy live art by local artist Charlie Zehr while exploring the farm, visiting vendors, and enjoying the celebration. 11:00 a.m. Vashti Rose and The Thorns Enjoy a special acoustic performance by Vashti Rose and The Thorns. Guests will also have the opportunity to learn more about the inaugural South Texas Living Room Session taking place August 30, 2026, and purchase tickets for this unique Performance Art Salon featuring fresh farm-to-table food, beverages, music, storytelling, and artistic expression. Noon Farm Fresh Lunch Boxes Available Farm Fresh Lunch Boxes and refreshing teas will be available for purchase while supplies last.
