Only 5 cases were produces for the wine auction and we have a limited supply!Next course will be Scallops with Chard polenta paired with the 2023 ST. INNOCENT CHARDONNAY "THE TRIANGLE BLOCK". Again, only 5 cases of this Chardonnay from by far one of the most influential wine makers in the Willamette Valley.Course two will be a confit duck salad with sun dried tomatoes and a cherry balsamic reduction to go with the 2023 GRAN MORAINE PINOT NOIR "TERMINAL MORAINE". Only 5 cases produces of this wine were produced as well!After savoring every last sips from the Willamette valley we will move on to Walla Walla and enjoy a potato soup with blue cheese garnish crisp paired with the 2021 JETT WINES - WALLA WALLA SYRAH.Finishing off the savory side of the night will be an Aleppo lemon chicken over our house made fettuccine paired with the 2022 JETT WINES - SKYSILL VINEYARD MERLOT.And for dessert, chocolate & red wine!!
