W. Seymour Conservatory and Simply Hot Yoga Wellness Center.Join us for a rejuvenating day of yoga at the W.W. Seymour Conservatory at Wright Park. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this event is for everyone. Enjoy a variety of classes led by experienced instructors in a beautiful outdoor setting. Connect with compassionate and passionate people and celebrate the practice of yoga together. Please arrive just as you are. No need to bring any tools outside of the tools you have in your body. If you'd like, you can bring a mat or a blanket, water bottle, and positive energy. If you do not have any of these, you are welcome to attend. Please come play.Breathe in the fresh air and find your inner self as you practice various styles of yoga while immersed in and surrounded by lush greenery.
