Join us for an energizing boxing session hosted in partnership with Brito’s Boxing and the Blue Zones Project Parkland-Spanaway!
Whether you're stepping into the ring for the first time or you're already hooked on the sport, this class is open to all experience levels. Come move your body, sharpen your mind, and build community through boxing. Just be sure to dress for movement and bring water!
