We'll then spend around 2 hours of instructed practical application using art masters as inspiration to create our own artwork.Classes can be taking as a complete series, or separately. While they may build on themselves, and they may reference previous classes, every class will be understandable as a standalone.This is a beginner-level, yet great for artists who'd like a refresher or haven't yet learned the basics. See how Value and Contrast work to make artwork standout (or fade back).Class 2 - Line, Shape, and FormLines, shapes, and forms combine to create emersive art.Class 3 - Movement, Rhythm, Pattern, and VarianceMake your art feel like it's dancing—or standing completely still. These principles help bring a piece to life.Class 4 - Size, Perspective, and Proportion and ScaleUsing different sizes, correct proportions, and convincing perspective gives visual depth on a flat surface. Trick the brain into seeing something interesting.Class 5 - Composition (Layout, Symmetry, Space and Perspective)There are many ways to draw viewers' eyes around your artwork. Setting up the placement of subjects of your painting brings your audience into your art.
