# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Punk Walk & Roll — 2026
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 12 Sep, 2026 at 11:00 am
- **Event Description**: Punk Walk & Roll 5K — Year 2
? Wright Park, Tacoma |
? Saturday, September 12, 2026

It’s not just a 5K that happens to benefit a cause. It’s a community showing up loud — for recovery, for each other, for the people who don’t usually get the parade.

September is National Recovery Month. We walk. Bands play. We don’t whisper about addiction and recovery here.

What’s happening:
? 4–6 local bands playing during and after the walk
? 5K walk/roll — fairly flat, accessible, all paces welcome
? $35 — includes your shirt
? Post-walk gathering — more music, more connection, sticking around

100% of proceeds go to Tacoma Recovery Center.
