# Event Details

- **Event Name**: FNF Presents: The Shining
- **Event Start and End Date**: Fri, 18 Dec, 2026 at 10:00 pm (-08:00)
- **Event Description**: *All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy*

The Shining merges one of cinema’s most visionary directors with horror’s most famous author to conjure the Overlook Hotel into a cinematic nightmare. Jack Nicholson gives one of his defining performances, while Shelley Duvall matches him with a raw, exhausting intensity. And then there’s the music - Wendy Carlos’ ominous electronic synth work alongside haunting classical pieces creates a soundtrack that feels like the Overlook itself breathing alongside your neck.

Hosted by annoying permanent hotel guest, Anthony Dluzak
and Co-hosted by ghostly Dayna Hart.

Featured local artist is: Tony Dela Cruz

--Jack Torrance takes a winter caretaker job at the remote Overlook Hotel, bringing his wife Wendy and young son Danny with him. But as the snow cuts them off from the outside world, Danny begins seeing terrifying visions — and Jack starts slipping deeper into madness. Is the isolation getting to him… or has the Overlook been waiting for him all along?--
