Fern Spores is a femme-folk-rock band hailing from Olympia, WA. Fern Spores is an all woman project fronted by singer-songwriters Alyssa Nunke and Jade Kovats. Their full band arrangement includes Abbey Ryle (violin), Caroline Robin (Cello,Bass), and Katie Welch (drums). They prioritize working with woman owned venues, other female artists, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Empowerment, sisterhood, and resilience are at the core of their band ethos.
