Did you also know that culturally targeted faith/community-based educational interventions can increase colorectal cancer knowledge and screening among Black/African Americans?

For 2025 LIWH is focusing on the "silent killers" that increasingly impact Black/African Americans and other communities of color. Our focus for these workshops will be Cervical, Colon, and Breast health awareness, general education, how to lower your risks, signs, symptoms, and screening.

Join LIWH and our subject matter experts while we explain the most effective ways to help people lower their risk of developing colorectal cancer, discuss sign and symptoms so you know what to look for, be motivated to get screened and how to advocate for yourself and your loved ones.
