Come and celebrate your person and support each other. We ARE stronger TOGETHER!  As we have done the last two years we will meet at Jack Hyde Park Beach, I will have inspirational stones to toss into our beautiful ocean. The inspiration will someday wash back onto the beach for others to find.  

We will be having an intentional cold water plunge as well during this time. If you wish to participate in this and have never done it before please reach out with your question. It can be a very healing ❤️‍? and emotional experience.
