Los documentos de Poder Notarial permiten que alguien de confianza tome decisiones importantes por ti —como cuidar a tus hijos, manejar tus finanzas o resolver asuntos legales— si tú no puedes hacerlo. Tener estos documentos garantiza que tu familia y seres queridos estén protegidos en momentos difíciles.

✨ Estamos ofreciendo servicios GRATUITOS de Notario Público para quienes necesiten notarizar sus documentos de POA. Un notario asegura que tus documentos sean legalmente válidos y correctamente firmados, lo cual es esencial para que tengan efecto en cortes, escuelas y otras instituciones.

✨ Contamos con la colaboración de abogados pro bono de 2028istoolate.org, quienes están apoyando a nuestra comunidad para asegurarse de que todos los documentos de POA se completen correctamente y sean legales.

✨ También invitamos a miembros de la comunidad que quieran convertirse en notarios públicos a unirse a nosotros, para poder expandir este servicio y seguir apoyando a más familias a largo plazo.

Our immigrant families deserve safety, preparation, and peace of mind. To help our community be prepared in case of deportation or emergency, we are making space for families to complete Power of Attorney (POA) documents.

✨ We are offering FREE Public Notary services for anyone who needs to notarize their Power of Attorney paperwork.

✨ We are working with pro bono attorneys from 2028istoolate.org, who are supporting our community by helping ensure all POA documents are completed correctly.

✨ We are also inviting community members who are interested in becoming public notaries to join us — so we can expand this service long-term.
