For the first half of the meeting Steven will give us a talk on the What's & Why's of Beer Evaluation.

For the second half of the meeting we will put into practice what Steven has taught us by evaluating our first Brew to Style Challenge beer of the year: Baltic Porter! Oh and did we mention that it will be a ProAm with North 47? 

Also, now that the new year has started please don't forget to pay your dues: $30 per person or $50 per couple.
