Puget Sound Plungers, Takhoma Bluetits and Kitsap Wild Swimming are coming together for the 100th consecutive Cold Plunge of Two Girls Take On The World, and YOU’RE INVITED!
All of us (plungers) are thrilled to stand in solidarity with Emma and Annie as they complete their 100th cold plunge in a row on their incredible 365-day long journey.
These two inspiring women are plunging into cold water every single day for an entire year as part of their campaign:
Swim for the Southern Resident Orcas
Every day they:
• Take a dip in the Puget Sound
• Share one fact or story about the endangered Southern Resident Orcas
• Film their plunge to spread awareness and education
Their goal is simple but powerful:
Use cold water and consistency to shine a spotlight on the survival of the Southern Resident Orcas.
And on what will be their 100th cold plunge, we’re showing up big to celebrate them and amplify their mission!

I (Renate) will be there to guide anyone who wants to join in but has never plunged before, and all of us will be fully there to support every single one of you — plungers and supporters alike.
